How important is it for us to memorize the MCID and the MCD for the NCS? I use them in setting goals but have not memorized them for the test. I feel it is more important at this time to make sure I know all the cut-off scores.

Also, I was wondering what type of “whole body movements” were used to “train trunk limb coordination”. It sounds like LSVT large amplitude type movements. Is this what they mean? I’d love more details on the treatments. (This is from the Ilg W study)

Thanks Chrissy! I saw those already. I am looking for more complicated examples that bring you through ASIA C and D and ZPP for incomplete injuries. There is another video out there, but it has a bunch of errors that were caught by viewers (and one error caught by the person making the video!). I don’t feel like I can trust the videos made by that person.
If you see anything else, please let me know. (I thought there would be a bunch on You tube! I’m actually surprised! Maybe you should make one, Chrissy!!)

Also, for someone to have “motor control” in the sacral segments, do they have to have VAC or DAP or both? Is VAC a measure of motor control/motor function and DAP a measure of sensation?

I saw the same information on the website, but I went and looked based on what I had heard from a friend and from what Emilia had said on this forum.
I was able to book my exam and many of the testing dates are GONE already!
I am so happy I went on but upset about the misinformation from the APTA.

I hope people don’t get closed out due to this…
