  Hello, in the description for this case it states that the BBS cut off for fall risk is 45. However, I noticed on the pocket guides for the neuro apta they have changed that cut off to </= 50. I know 45 was the original cut off and was wondering which should be used for the actual exam?

  Hi Megan,
  Thanks for pointing this out! The pocket guides were published after this case with updated recommendations. I updated the case, our master list of outcome measures, and the Core Outcome Measures CPG section to reflect the updated cut-off of 50/56 on the BBS.
