Hello MOSC takers!

Congratulations on your 10th (or maybe 20th or 30th) year of having your PCS! To help you prepare for the MOSC PCS recertification examination, we have two options for you.

  1. MOSC Option 1 (full PCS Advantage): You can purchase the full PCS Advantage course, and you will have access to all our practice exam questions and study guides. This will provide you with two benefits: practicing taking timed multiple-choice tests again (10 years is a long time and we can get rusty!) and having study guides for the open book MOSC exam to help with tricky questions. The cost is $250 for the full course. If you elect this option, please let us know you are studying for the MOSC exam so we can adjust your course access dates accordingly.
  2. MOSC Option 2 (MOSC Companion Guide): You can purchase just the study guides to supplement your studying and to help during the open book MOSC exam. Maybe you are confident in your test-taking abilities and do not feel like you need the practice exams. Although we think the exams are a great addition to a study plan, we understand that you may not want the practice exam option. MOSC Option 2 will provide you with hundreds of pages of study guide material and we are confident that they will help you as you prepare for and take the MOSC recertification exam. The cost is $100 for the study guides.

To take advantage of MOSC Option 2 (the MOSC Companion Guide), you must provide proof that you are at the point in the MOSC cycle where you are ready to take the exam. This could be a screenshot or copy of the email you receive from MOSC stating you meet the requirements to take the MOSC exam or a screenshot of the MOSC portal showing you are at this step. To enroll, you will register for the MOSC Companion Guide on this page, then send proof of your MOSC status to pcsadvantage@rehabknowledge.com. We will then grant permission for you to view the MOSC Companion Guide.

What questions do you have? Email us at pcsadvantage@rehabknowledge.com and we’ll respond within 48 hours.

If you follow the PCS Advantage plan and fail to pass the PCS exam, we will extend your access to the course materials for an additional year, provided the following requirements are met:
– Course registered to the individual taking the PCS exam
– Individual registered for and completes PCS exam in 2026
– Enroll in the PCS Advantage course between 3/31/2025 and 1/15/2026
– Score at least 75% on all PCS Advantage practice exams by 2/23/2026
– Provide official statement from ABPTS regarding failure to pass exam
