      Hi,

I saw in your previous posts that first time test scores should be 60% or more and retakes should be 75% or more to reflect higher chances of passing the NCS. I would like to clarify whether there is a required minimum time interval that you would recommend between the initial attempt and the retake in order for the retake score to be an accurate measurement of passing?

      Thank you!

      Hi Shaun!

I haven’t dug down to the time between initial and subsequent attempts that yield these averages. My recommendation would be to take an exam and review the answers, then spend some time studying other material or taking other exams before retaking the exam. I think if you retain the information after a week or two of not thinking about the questions specifically, you’ll have a good gauge of where you stand in terms of those average scores.
