      The correct answer shows that the patient should pause running and begin an HEP however in the description it says that pausing running would likely have a negative impact on bone health. Can you explain why this would be the better answer? I had chose to continue staying active with walking.

      Hi Allison, you are correct, the best thing to do in this situation is to have Catherine replace running with walking as her pain improves. We coded this incorrectly, thank you for catching this! We will fix this error 🙂

      The explanation states “Applying novel forces to bone stimulates bone health”. In this case, wouldn’t beginning an HEP be the novel force? It seems as if both answers pause running to swap for either walking or HEP, then resume running once pain is improved. The HEP appears as if it would be more of novel force compared to walking
