      Regarding spinocerebellum and treatment options. I understand why walking stick or AFO are not the right answers, but I am struggling to figure out best answer between metronome and weighted vest. Can you explain why weighted vest is not the right answer in this case?

      Hi Mansi! Great question! There aren’t really any good studies I can find directly comparing interventions for cerebellar ataxia. There is some evidence that axial loading is not supported (https://journals.lww.com/jnpt/abstract/2003/27010/Effects_of_Axial_Weight_Loading_on_Gait_for.4.aspx), which was kind of what I had in mind while writing this question. I’ve added this one to my list to review as I am updating exam questions!
