      Hello!
      I’m getting a little lost on all of the cognitive assessments. Here’s what I have:

      SLUMS: I have one resource saying it’s for mild cognitive changes, the other says it’s for more advanced dementia.
      MMSE: Same thing, one resource say mild cog, the other says it’s better at tracking more advanced cog changes over time.
      MOCA: Early, mild cognitive changes.
      GDS/FAST: Test for more Alzheimer’s Dementia.

      Does anyone have a clearer outline?
