      Hello Chrissy,
I just finished my last exam today. I have also completed the course evaluation form and all other exams including the case based (just submitted it, completed each one as a separate case). How do I go about getting the CEUs? Thanks.

Just sent you an email with your certificate and CEU documentation!

Is there a time frame/final day we need to complete the requirements by in order to get CEU credit?

No, I’m pretty chill! 🙂 Course access technically expires on March 31, so try to go in before then to complete the course survey, which is usually the last item people need to submit. If you don’t get to everything before then, just let me know and I’ll make sure you’re all set!

Hi Chrissy! I also completed my cases individually if you can email me the CEU? Thank you!

Hi Chrissy! I completed my course evaluation a couple weeks ago but I don’t think I ever got an email with the CEUs. Would you be able to send it? Thanks!

I also completed mine as well, and when I try to download my certificate, it says that there is an error. Can you email me mine as well, please?

      Thank you!

Hi Nicole- your certificate was emailed to you on March 4. I just resent it to the email we have on file.

If you are posting in this thread about your CEU certificate, please ensure you have completed all of the requirements. You should submit all four practice exams, the COMPLETE case-based exam (not the individual cases), and the course survey. Once those are submitted, I will receive a notification to generate your certificate and usually get them sent out within 24 hours during the week.

You do not need to take all the exams in their entirety – just opening and then submitting the exam fulfills the requirement.

I don’t mind generating certificates on the back end if all requirements are not met; however, it saves everyone some time if the automatic process is triggered.

      Chrissy
