      Good morning,
      I completed all the practice exams, including the case-based exam, as well as all the modules. I took the course eval this morning, and I don’t see the certificate on my Dashboard. I tried refreshing and logging back in just incase. I just wanted to reach out and see if there is something I am missing?

      Also, thank you for putting in the time/effort to help prep for the NCS. I couldn’t have imagined prepping for this exam without your help.
