Hi Mansi! Great question! There aren’t really any good studies I can find directly comparing interventions for cerebellar ataxia. There is some evidence that axial loading is not supported (https://journals.lww.com/jnpt/abstract/2003/27010/Effects_of_Axial_Weight_Loading_on_Gait_for.4.aspx), which was kind of what I had in mind while writing this question. I’ve added this one to my list to review as I am updating exam questions!
