The most natural time will be right after vestibular while that is still fresh in your mind because there is so much overlap between vestibular and concussion rehab. NCS item writers love topics where there is lots of literature/CPGs because it is easier to write evidence-based questions, so concussion will likely be an important part of the NCS exam.
