Lab values can be tricky because each resource will have different cut offs – Cancer Care Alliance vs ACSM vs textbooks vs different institutions etc…
I think the most important value range to know is when to not do any exercise. After that, knowing general ranges for “type of exercise” values will suffice. When choosing the answers, narrow down to the best of your ability and then choose the one that makes the most sense for that question’s scenario with the ranges you have memorized.
For the CMT CPG, I’m guessing that the October 2024 CPG will be too new to have any questions written and approved for this years exam. I would put most of your efforts into studying the 2018 CPG, but still be somewhat familiar with the 2024 CPG, knowing what changes were made.
