I don’t see anything in the literature that provides predictions/recommendations for home health vs outpatient therapy. I don’t see any NCS Advantage questions asking about discharging with HH vs outpatient based on NIHSS scores. If you can provide a specific question, I can offer more guidance. It would be fair game to provide test scores and some information about a person’s level of functioning and then ask about discharge disposition requiring use of clinical judgement.
