How do I log in to my account?

Detailed log in instructions can be viewed here.

Why do the course materials seem so unorganized?

You probably clicked on a link in the “Purchase History” section of your Dashboard. This page is so messy and, unfortunately, uneditable on our end. Scroll down to the “Courses” section instead and these links will give you a much more organized presentation of the content.

I forgot my password and am locked out of my account. What do I do next?

Our website used to be plagued by thousands of spam accounts that would flood the discussion forums every day. As a result, we had to tighten up restrictions on logging in. This keeps the website tidy and easier to navigate at the expense of sometimes flagging real people. If you ever get locked out of your account, the “Lost Password?” process should still work (outlined next). I will also get notified by email and will facilitate restoring your access as soon as possible and you can email me directly at contact@rehabknowledge.com to let me know what’s happening. Again, you should be able to reset your password at any time using the below process.

  1. Click on the “Lost Password” link.

2. Enter your username or the email address associated with your account. Your username is include in the receipt email you received upon enrolling in the course.

3. Click on the password reset link in the email from wordpress@rehabknowledge.com. Check your junk folder if you don’t see the email.

4. Enter a new password.

5. Log in using your new password.

What are the average scores on the practice exams and what score should I target to pass my board examination?

Because we do not have access to the scoring algorithm for the ABPTS exams, we cannot reliably say how performance on our practice exams predicts performance on the NCS, OCS, and PCS exams. The average scores on our practice exams are listed below. Over 98% of our participants report passing their ABPTS exam. So, if you are scoring somewhere near the range of our average scores, you are likely on track for your exam.

NCS Advantage
First attempt: 60-70%
Subsequent attempts: 75-85%

OCS Advantage
First attempt: 60-70%
Subsequent attempts: 75%

PCS Advantage
First attempt: 70-80%
Subsequent attempts: 85-88%

Can I take the practice exams more than once?

Absolutely! You can take each of our practice exams as many times as you’d like.

How do I get my certificate of completion?

You will receive your certificate of completion by email after you have submitted all the practice exams and the course evaluation. Specifics can be found under the Course Evaluation section at the bottom of the course homepage.
